Frequently Asked Questions
What are your hours?
Hours are daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm EST. We take our last museum admission at 4:30pm. Winter hours may vary. Also closed on Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas day & New Years Day.
What is the cost of admission?
Adults and Teens (13+): $9.00
Children (5-12): $6.00
Children under 5 and Active Military(with ID) are Free.
Is there available parking for RV's and Trailers?
No. Parking is limited so we do not allow Trailers, RV's, or large tour buses.
How long does it usually take to go through the museum?
The museum is Self-Guided. On average it takes 45 minutes to an hour. It all depends on your level of interest in the subject of Bigfoot and Bigfoot research.
Can we take photographs?
Yes pictures and short video clips are allowed inside and around the museum. We do ask when taking videos that no “full video tours” be taken and shared online.
Are restrooms available?
Restrooms are available inside the museum, for customers only, and include diaper changing stations.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes. strollers for children are allowed inside the museum.
Is the Museum Handicap Accessible?
Most wheelchairs and mobility scooters can maneuver comfortably in the museum. Please note, there is a small “bump” when coming through the front door (the door frame), but the rest of the museum is all one level.
Are pets allowed inside?
Due to the nature of our business, ALL pets, including ones in strollers or on leashes, are not allowed inside. We do allow Registered Service Animals inside.
For your convenience, we provide a kennel on our covered porch, free of charge to our customers during their visit. Please ask at ticket counter about using the kennel.
Is there a gift shop?
Yes. we have a nice gift shop stocked with all manner of souvenirs including books, movies, T-shirts, toys, chocolates, and much much more!
Is the Expedition indoors or outdoors?
Although the word "Expedition" is in our name, all the museum exhibits and attractions are Indoors.
Does Bigfoot Exist?
We at Expedition Bigfoot believe in the existence of Bigfoot/Sasquatch either from personal experience and encounters or from witness testimony and evidence. Our museum provides a lot of that evidence, and leaves the question of Bigfoot's existence up to you.
So whether you’re a skeptic, believer or “knower”, all are welcome.
